Unfortunately they use Evri so it's a lottery as to whether or not your delivery will arrive. Mine didn't. Trying to get a refund is proving to be extremely slow. They are investigating with the courier which can take up to 10 working days. I'm disappointed because I was really looking forward to trying these products, but I won't be ordering again as long as they continue to use Evri.

Rubbish customer service
Sent an email about 3/4months ago regarding sunglasses that I purchased, the arms are really wobbly and feel like they are going to fall off. Therefore they are un wearable
No one has bothered to contact me back? I don’t live near London so it’s not as though I can pop in !!

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Ordered a kajal eyeliner pencil - the lead had broken in the pencil making it unusable. Customer Service more than useless despite sending photographs of the pencil. Will never order from Victoria Beckham again!!!
Prompt customer service
I did have an issue with my order but it was dealt with very promptly and put right immediately. The makeup I purchased is gorgeous and I will buy again.

Appalling customer service, don’t order from this company
I put an order in on 7th January & it still hasn’t arrived. Totally appalling customer service, It’s like they just don’t care. I was expecting so much more from this brand. Now waiting for a refund. Will post an update to see if I do & how many emails it’s takes to get it.
Both liners were broken at tip when I removed the lids
I ordered 2 x satin Kajal liners and on opening the parcel both tips were broken off. When I tried to use the sharpener I found that I needed to push the liner in quite hard for it to work. Product itself seems to be ok and long lasting …By reading other negative reviews re customer service I probably won’t bother to try to get replacements for the damaged liners….

I wished I read from here before purchasing! I ordered from them on Boxing Day and Evri made a mistake by marking the delivery as completed but posted a photo of another delivery in another flat. CS was slow to respond and I’ve been wanting to put in another order but the prices has since increased. It’s like they don’t even want the sale! Save money on marketing and invest in your customer support

Deleted my review on VB's site. Shame, shame!
I left a review on their site and they deleted it! They sent me an old serum that was dark brown (should have been yellow in color). Smelled so stale I couldn't use it. They wouldn't replace it.

Appalling customer service
Ordered 2 satin eyeliners, one navy for myself , one cocoa for daughter . Received 11 December . By Christmas my liner had stopped working -- no pencil left . Have contacted company to ask them to rectify it but no response whatsoever . Will now have to inform Trading Standards that this company is fraudulent

Zero help given - it’s like they don’t want the sale! Tried multiple times to order eyeliner and lipstick and get to the checkout to be told my card has been declined (it has not) - used different card options but it seems none would be accepted. Almost like there is a problem with UK payments. Emailed customer services repeatedly to just get automated responses. Asked for alternative stockists with no joy. It’s like they don’t want the sale. And yet they keep bombarding me with marketing emails.

Like so many of the other reviews I found the customer service to be non existent. Ordered an eyeliner weeks ago which still hasn't been delivered (despite the hefty £5 delivery fee for a pencil!). They have not responded to my emails and I am now having to claim the money back through my bank.

Terrible customer service
I placed an order and received a tracking number when the item was posted. Since then the item has never been delivered and appears lost. The instructions from the courier are to contact the sender. Unfortunately no-one ever replies from VB.

Poor service - none existent customer service
I gave one star because there is no option to give no stars. I ordered an item for a birthday present at the beginning of December, It did not arrive. Sent an email which took them 3 days to respond, and they didn’t address any of the points I raised. Nearly 3 weeks after the original order they agree to a refund but still no explanation of why my order had not been actioned and no offer of a good will gesture.
Absolutely awful company and zero customer service. Looking at other reviews, I cannot understand how they are still in business. I will not be using them again and would not recommend them.

Be prepared to wait god knows how long
Ordered an eye liner on 13th Dec. Confirmation email did state that they are experiencing shipping delays but I did not think it would be so delayed. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and still no sign of it arriving, but they have taken my money. Abysmal.
